In a Facebook post, he has published the ruling document, warning that he will address the Court of Appeals against the act, while saying that the complaint is ready.
“I have accepted the Constitutional Court Act in Pristina, with which the request for securing our indictment against the Energy Regulatory Office ( ZREE).
