The group “No Cent More” has officially submitted indictments against the Energy Regulatory Office (ZRRE) over the recent decision to raise electricity tariffs.
Following the handover of the indictment, lawyer Ardian Bajraktari said the decision to expensive electricity tariffs has been taken based on violations and is discriminatory.
“We just handed over the indictment to the Constitutional Court in Pristina. We seek to annul the decision on expensive electricity tariffs. The decision is made in violation and is of discriminatory nature. We've been trying to prove that the decision should go back to zero because it has chain and irreparable consequences. We're also going to refer to the ombudsman today to intervene in this case”, he declared.
While Ali Sefay from the “group no Cent more” said they believe the court will implement their requests.
The trial is the institution in which we will reach this decision. We believe that I will set our demands back to”, he stressed. /Periscope/
