Bajrami declares after the ZRE meeting: they said only the government can postpone the decision to expensive the electricity

The Democratic League of Kosovo has submitted today to the Energy Regulatory Office the requirement for cancelling the 16.1 per cent electricity expensive decision, as well as the demand that 1,300 businesses switch to the free energy market.
After that, MP Hykmete Bajrami spoke to the media.

Bajrami said that from the ZRR they received no positive answers that they would consider the MP's request and that for the postponement of the electricity expensive decision, only the government can perform through subvention “of 50m euros”.

We talked for an hour, long length. There were many reasonings, no positive answers to the consideration and treatment of the request. According to them, such a decision can only be postponed by the government, anyone who is exercising the task; because it is about 50m euros a margin in the price that should come from the state money, otherwise they leave the decision to power”, Burramii.

She said they are in defence of the private sector, which is the country's biggest employment actor.
