The German ambassador's statement in defense of Special Court President Trandafilova is pure hypocrisy.
This statement would be legitimate only if the German ambassador had expressed, even once before, the concerns the Special Court is holding President Thaci and others now in custody, violating basic Human Rights, which is contrary to the European Convention!
Let the German ambassador find only one case in Germany that any accused has been held in custody for almost five years!
This statement would only be legitimate if the German ambassador earlier demanded that this court, since it is Kosovo, establish Kosovo's symbols.
A court that is dependent on Germany and the European Union, not on Kosovo, that judges are Germans ... is clear indication that this court only of Kosovo is not!
