It's my second visit to The Hague to see these important men, hoping that even though I couldn't meet them face-to-face, it brings some hope to them and their families. The reason I do this is because I lost my son many years ago, and there were a lot of people who came and prayed for me, standing by my side offering me empathy and support, so I know how someone who needs hope, support and attention from others, that's my way of turning it good”, Hall said.
Hall also shows that when it was the first time he had met former KLA leaders, the situation in custody in The Hague for now.
The US Congressman even said he met Hashim Thaci's late father, expressing regret over the separation of Haxhi Thaci's life.

In the end, Hall expresses the desire for this trial process to be completed and justice to former KLA leaders.
“Procedures here in The Hague are difficult, it's time to plan ahead to meet these people, we were rejected even though we asked them to see, because they didn't have enough time to prepare, they're very slow, I hope to meet again, but I hope that one day all this will be over by then and have justice”, Hall said. /Periscope/
