The ban on Leke Chechrezi, Fatjon Hamzi, Tony Melaj and Salaam came after they were found at the border point of Hani Hoti they have allowed to pass a truck with Albanian license plates, which was then checked back at Bozaj's border point in Montenegro, where 442.084 narcotic substances were found.

Following several months of investigation into the 2023 criminal prosecution, the Police Supervision Agency (Goder Street) in co-operation with the Customs Investigation Directorate and Prosecutor at the First Court of General Jurydiction has executed ban orders for three police officers and a customs officer suspected of carrying out the criminal act “Use of task”.
