The accused of killing in Glamnik, Podujevo: I didn't intend to deprive the victim of life, I had to defend myself

At the Pristina Foundation Court on Wednesday, during the defence offering, the accused of killing Podujevo's Glamnik, Orges Zhugolli, said he was not meant to deprive the victim of life.

Indictee Orges Zhugolli is charged with being charged on September 12, 2023, in Glamnik, Podujevo, had now deprived of life of the late A. SUG because of a conflict in communications, reports “Battle for Justice”, broadcast Periscope.

According to the accused, the case occurred after he was forced to defend himself.

I have no intention of harming any of them or the victim, except I have to defend myself and remove it from myself”, he said.

Zhugoll said that he was not familiar with the victim and that the case matters most weigh him down.

The most important case in my life has been the case of the deceased already, because são has a purpose I have never deprived them of life”, he said.

Initially, at the request of defendant Jougolli's defender, lawyer Naim Rudari has been read by witness statement Omar Zhugolli, arguing that he cannot present himself in judicial examination.

In this session, there was the management of material evidence, which the prosecutor of the case, Arben Hoti, introduced before the court, including the autopsy report, the analytical report of the video-incipulations, photo-documentation that duplicates the photos of the site, as well as the local footage of the event being carried on the CD.

From footage of the footage released at the session, prosecutor Hoti commented on the accused's guilty actions, while lawyer Rudari also submitted his objections, demanding from the court that despite the difficulty of determining each of the videos' actions, these images be analysed.

Also, lawyer Rudari outlined two proposals, asking the court to complete the autopsy report on the victim, as well as on the expertise of the mental health situation to accuse Jougolli, proposed the hearing of at least one expert who has compiled this expertise.

These proposals were rejected by the court, arguing that they have been sufficiently clarified.

Meanwhile, according to the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's Act, on September 12th 2023 near the market “Melis”, located in the village of Glamnik of Podujevo, defendant Orges Zhugolli had now deprived the deceased A.Z. of life because of a conflict they had in communications. /Periscope/
