AU RA, ID. ERA and ID. EVO, which proclaims a production offensive on the Chinese market, reports Telegraph, broadcast Periscope.
These vehicles, created in co-operation with Chinese partners, are part of the ambitious “strategy in China, for China” that envisions the market extraction of more than 30 new models by 2017, including 20 NEV models.
Thomas Schäfer, CEO of the Volkswagen brand, stressed the importance of these innovations.
These three conceptual vehicles are the obvious result of our strategy “in China, for China”. We have made all the preparations necessary to stay in a leading position among foreign automotive producers in China”, Schäfer added.
ERA
The ERA, developed in co-operation between SAIC and Volkswagen, is a vast, three-way SUV that brings about innovative radiation growth technology. This machine combines the benefits of electrical push with long-range comfort.

The fuel generator loads the battery while driving, providing an additional 700 miles [300 km] of electricity, which allows for total autonomy of 1,000 miles [1,000 km].
This model demonstrates Volkswagen's commitment to developing solutions that eliminate so-called “ankth in distance” on electrical vehicles.
ID. EVO
EVO, the product of a co-operation between Volkswagen and Anhu, is designed with focus on a younger urban population eager to discern.
This completely electrical SUV is based on the advanced 800 V platform, making it the first such model in the Volkswagen ID. The UNYX family.

Especially impressive is its high-profile electronic architecture that enables numerous digital services and continued improvement of user experience through updates “over-the-air” at short intervals, which ensures that the vehicle remains technologically fresh throughout its life.
AURA
AU RA, created in co-operation between the FAW and Volkswagen, represents the first concept based on a key compact platform specifically developed (CMP) with an electronic local architecture designed specifically for the Chinese market.
This upside-down electric vehicle targets the price-sensitive A segment, combining modern technology with a dynamic design.
It integrates a smart phone-style user interface into the big central keyboard, while a humanoid assistant of AI allows for intuitive control of vehicle functions and info-aggling systems.

Thanks to the high accounting power based on artificial intelligence, the system for a high degree of automated direction sets new standards for intelligent direction.
Volkswagen's new development centre in the Chinese town of Hefei will allow the company to develop new models within 34 months, adapting to Chinese “ritist” of development.
As Thomas Ulbrich, CEO of the Volkswagen China Technological Centre: “We will present the right models at the right speed and in co-operation with the right partners”. /Periscope/
