Kusari-Lila said that at the point yesterday for the election of the mayor, there were deputies who did not participate in the vote at all.
The Constitutional Court Act in Case No. CO119/14, the 128 point says that “in the framework of the Assembly, all MPs should be present and vote as they wish, open or secret, to vote “for”, “against” or to abstain, and cannot be released from doing so”.
“Failure to comply with this bias is considered a violation. This action cannot be repeated tomorrow while continuing the constitutional session of the Parliament”, Kusari-Lila said.
The Vetevendosje movement yesterday has failed twice to elect MP Albulen Haxhiu as he received only 57 votes in both votes, while 20 were against the three MPs.
