Junk e - mails (spam) may be very annoying, and it is even worse when important messages end up in spam or cannot be found at all.

The good news is that there are some simple steps you can take to keep your Inbox regular and wireless.

Regardless of which provider you use, each mail service has a special email file.

It automatically filters messages that the system values as undesirable or potentially dangerous.

However, simply deleting those messages does not help solve the problem in the long run.

When deleting a message, the service only records that you do not want it.

But when you report it as spam, you inform the provider that this content is not desirable and thus enhances the possibility that similar messages do not reach your future inbox.

You may have left your email address in a store or on a website to get a discount or information.

In most cases, it automatically adds to their mailing list.

If you do not want to receive these messages, usually disable the option to do so is at the top or at the end of the mail, often in fine letters.

Clicking on the unsubscribe link, your email is removed from the list and sometimes you may be required to tell the reason for the unsubscribe.

If you still want to stay on several lists, save the sender's address as secure “to” so it does not end in the junk file.

Open a special account for promotional emails, discounts and subscriptions, and use another account exclusively for work or personal items.

For example, business and personal accounts may be in such services as Proton Mail that offer an additional level of privacy, while for promotional emails you may use Gmail regularly or another free service.

This organization allows you to focus on important messages without distractions.

Any email service allows the creation of filters or rules for automatic mail sequences.

You can decide that messages containing words such as “Debrisct”, “cut into “, “take” or “event” to automatically move into a separate file and even hide.

You can also create filters that separate business messages from personal messages or messages from specific senders into separate files.

It's an excellent way to stay organized and efficient. /Telegraph/ Periscope.
