This is the second time Pristina Municipal Parliament fails to hold the session called for “P ZHPK”
Otherwise, President Progress Rama, has earlier declared that the Municipal Development Plan is continuing to stumble until it has called for the plan to be voted on.
“After a year and a half of deadlocks, the Municipal Development Plan (PZHK) continues to be hampered by exactly those who are not wanting citizens to have access, information and rights to the future of the city”, Rama stressed.
Among other things, Rama has written that “Nowing the citizens of Pristina that today, in Pristina's Municipal Assembly, it is expected to be voted for the public review of the Municipal Development Plan (PZHK). This vote is not for final adoption of the” plan. /Periscope/
