President Osmani travels to Finland, meeting agenda published

Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani Lo has traveled to Finland for work visit.

This has been made known through a report on the social Facebook network by the presidency of the Republic of Kosovo.

According to the presidency's announcement, the visit will begin with formal ceremonies organised at the Presidential Palace in Helsinki, and then the presidents will have a separate meeting, followed by the meeting between the delegations of both states.

Osmani during his stay in Finland, President Osmani will hold a meeting with representatives of the Kosovo exile, to co-operate with them for recent developments in Kosovo and to express gratitude for their precious contribution to empowering the country.

The president of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, has travelled to work in Finland at the invitation of Finnish President Alexander Stubbb. The visit will begin with an official ceremony organised at the Presidential Palace in Helsinki, after which the two presidents will hold a tête-à-tête meeting, followed by a meeting between the respective delegations of the two states. Under the visit, President Stubb will have an official lunch for President Osmani and her delegation to the presidential palace in Helsinki. Under this visit, President Osmani will share Finland's Presidential Military Medal for Armed Forces for their contribution to peace and security in Kosovo, within the framework of NATO forces the KFOR mission. President Osmani during his visit to Finland will also be received by Jussi Halla-aho, chairman of the Finland Parliament, as well as by Finland's Foreign Affairs Minister Mrs. Elina Valtonen. Under the agenda, President Osmani will hold a discussion at Helsinki University on the subject “Kosovo's vision of European integration, peace and stability”, where ahead of students, professors and diplomats will extend the strategic priorities of the Republic of Kosovo. Also, during its stay in Finland, President Osmani will hold a meeting with representatives of the Kosovo exile, to co-operate with them for recent developments in Kosovo and to express gratitude for their precious contribution to empowering the country”, the report said. /Periscopi/
