His attorney, appointed under official duty -- Hesat Agushi, has said he fully opposes the prosecution's request, saying that in the device of applying for the detention measure, he has not shown a well-based doubt that his defense has been involved in carrying out this work.

Suspect Shkelqim Kuka has also reportedly stated that he has nothing to do with this criminal case.

And his defender according to official duty, Kastriot Zenun has rejected the detention measure, saying that from the subject papers there is no evidence of convincing evidence that his defense is involved in this work. And as for the prosecution's claims that his defense on the critical night has conveyed the victim, according to him, it does not lie in the fact that his defender often did the same because it is the area of the city.

According to him, suspect Kuka has never had a problem with now the late police, nor the pronunciation of a ticket.

“As far as claims are concerned with co-ordination, even though we are in the phase of the investigation by the subject paperwork, it appears that the terms of co-ordination are not met for the fact that there is no decision with which these have agreed”, the lawyer has reportedly indicated.

Suspected General Gashi has declared that on the critical day he was at home and that he did not perform any of the actions that were cited in the request for the prosecution's appointment of the move. He has indicated that he feels completely innocent, adding that the news of Sergeant Muhammad Lika's murder was received on his parent's side the next morning.

His lawyer, Fehmije Gashi-Bytyqi, has stated that from these facts there is no support for the fact based on Diment Gashi, saying these descriptions are a great stain and in Kosovo, besides the law that is in the European spirit, said we are aware that there is even a customary right. So she feels that her protected family is in a bad situation.

The lawyer had demanded that the suspects Gashi be appointed the house arrest measure, with confidence that her defence understands the importance of Kosovo institutions.
