Osmani asks the government on duty to suspend the fee on American products: Kosovo is for stronger report with US

President Vjosa Osmani has asked the government in office to suspend the 10% tax Kosovo has committed to US goods, broadcast Periscope.

Osman's request comes after the Trump Administration's decision to set the 10% fee for all US imports, including Kosovo.

Osmani said that this decision would bring a message that Kosovo is for stronger reports with the US.

“Today, I officially asked the Government of Kosovo to suspend import tariffs for all American products an important step to deepen economic ties with our closest ally and send a clear message: Kosovo is ready for a stronger relationship with the United States, with a clear vision that would make both our countries stronger, safer and more prosperous”.

Osmani said she is convinced that this move will open new opportunities for job creation, exchange of technology and long-term economic growth.

“more than an economic movement, this is an objective of foreign policy, reaffirming our stable commitment to the Kosovo coalition- The US, built on common values of freedom and decades of firm support”.
