Obadiah's wealth: Four real estates and loans over 150,000 euros

The chairman of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), Lumir Abdixhiku, has declared his property for 2025 in the form published by the Corruption Prevention Agency (APK) on 23 April.

In this statement, Abdixhiku has presented a broad list of real estate, playable, income and financial obligations.

According to the statement, Obadiah owns four real estates:

A house of 214 m2, bought in 2014 worth 200 thousand euros, which figures as common property;

A house inherited from parents of 200 m2 and declared worth 150 thousand euros;

A parcel of 1500 m2, inherited from grandparents, worth 90 thousand euros;

A residence of 174 m2, purchased on credit in 2023 for 260 thousand euros, also a co-owner with his wife.

Playing Riches and Stocks

In the playable assets, Obadiah declared a Mercedes Benz car purchased in 2019 on credit, worth 25 thousand euros, owned by his wife.

Also, his wife holds a 25% stake in the “Ampera Group”, worth a stated 2,500 euros.

Willing Money and Obligations

As for the cash, Obadiah declared:

370 euros in current accounts at NLB Banka,

Ten thousand euros in Raiffeisen Bank, both as salaries and savings.

While his wife has declared 1,609m euros in NLB Banka.

In part of the financial obligations, there are the following:

An overdraft of 2,000 euros in Raiffeisen Bank,

29 thousand euros in housing renovation loans, on behalf of his wife on NLB Banka,

126 thousand euros in loans to Raiffeisen Bank for the purchase of the apartment in Marigona Hill, co-owner with his wife.

Annual Revenues

From the MP's position in the Kosovo Assembly, Obadiah has declared an income of 19,904 euros a year. It also has a 24 thousand-euro inflow from engagement at Riinvest College.

Meanwhile, his wife has a 12,000-euro year-on-year income at the “Monten KPS” company.
