The first option, according to him, is for the VV to propose three candidates for the Speaker of the Parliament and one of them to vote on MPs.
The second option, Rashit has presented the possibility for a group of MPs to submit questions to the Constitutional Court.
The third option is for the VV to make political agreements.
While the fourth option, according to Rashi, is for the opposition to have its chance to form the government if the VV does not have the votes.
The fifth option, Rashit says, is to become major political agreements for co-governance.
Another option is for the VV to form a minority government, but according to Rashi this will be with a very limited time mandate.
Rashi as an option also mentions the technical government.
“The technical government -- if LVV, PDK and LDK believe their blocs cannot form governments, they must agree to a technical government (including programme and priority) with a mandate by February 2026. ”
And if none of these options work, Rashi says elections should be announced.
“9. And all options require high political dialogue among leaders. 10. The lack of dialogue deepens the crisis and forces subjects to make dangerous solutions for the future and the functioning of institutions. ”
