The images show the first moments of the arrival of the special unit's vehicle in the area, in the face of a group of over 100 Serb terrorists deployed in the village of Banjska.
The Emergency Intervention Directorate's response was not limited to the initial position.
Instead, the unit continued to exchange weapons with the organized and professional armed group for about five hours without interruption from the early morning hours to dawn.
The published images testify to the close confrontation with terrorists, where fighting has developed from a distance of only a few metres, highlighting the dedication and determination of members of the Contact Unit for Fast Intervention in ensuring the security and protection of the territory of the Republic of Kosovo./Periscopi/
