For the second time, the Kosovo Parliament's constitutionalisation has failed because of political differences. P The DK, LDK and AAK accuse LVV of trying to buy out time for political shopping and require the final resignation of members of the cabinet. Acting Prime Minister Kurti opposes that requirement, saying the government has been on the run since March, Periscopi follows.
In this context, LDK MP Jeona Lusaku-Sadriou has stressed that her party will respect all legal acts, including the Constitution and the Law on Government.
Lushaku-Sadriu has added that there is no room for negotiations or compromises on violating the Constitution and that the LDK will remain committed to the requirement for the required resignations.
We as a party have decided, that we absolutely respect all legal acts. Including both the Constitution and the laws, regardless of which law has been passed, including the Law on Government. And we don't think there's room for negotiation and compromises for that... we call once again on the executive members to do that, just like it's about legal acts and we approve of it. But compromises and negotiations for violations of the Constitution by the LDK do not have”, Lushaku-Sadriu said in Debat Plus.
