Praising Kosovo's strong co-operation and relations with the United Kingdom, the prime minister also singled out between the KSF and British defence and security institutions.
The prime minister congratulated Secretary Lammy and Special Envoy Karen Pierce for hosting the Berlin Process Summit this year on the part of the United Kingdom, offering him co-operation to make this summit as successful as possible.
Prime Minister Kurti further announced Lami's democratic progress and economic development that our country has recognised during this governing mandate, witnessed and positive rankings in international indicators in the fields, the rule of law, the fight against corruption, and liberal and electoral democracy.
He also announced Secretary Lami's investment in the defence field and the achievement of the budget level for defence to 2% of BPV as NATO's standard, as well as stressed the objectives of the Republic of Kosovo's primary goals for NATO membership, the European Union and the Council of Europe”, it is said at the prime minister's announcement.
Along with United Kingdom Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs David Lammy, Prime Minister Kurti discussed both the current situation in the region and the geopolitical situation in Europe, as well as security issues.
Prime Minister Kurti stressed the fact that there is still no justice and accountability for the terrorist attack in Banjska, while Milan Radojic is roving free and protected by the Serbian state apparatus.
