Far from the manipulations and fumes that are trying to be created by outgoing government officials, the situation is quite clear.

The session for the Kosovo Assembly binding failed today for two single reasons:

First: Coalition V V-Gux-Alternative did not have the necessary parliamentary majority, because only 52 MPs voted on their request.

Second: Their instigation to hold government positions and also to swear as deputies, without giving up official resignation, is contrary to the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo and the Law on Government, which the law has drafted itself.

Instead of seeking a self - created solution, it is time to act responsibly. The PDK will not support any process that conflicts with the Constitution, as we tried to do today, so we invite the government into office, which:

1. Resign Officially From Government Positions
2. Let's get you to the session right away so we can build the House.
3. Then we continue with other constitutional stages for establishing government

Kosovo needs legitimate, functional institutions and out of the will of citizens, not unconstitutional and political games that delay their formation. The PDK seeks the quickest formation of new and democratic institutions, in line with the constitution and the country's laws.
