The decision was issued on March 21st 2025 and includes a 3 thousand-euro fine against this public enterprise, after an NGO had asked for access to the tender “Funding with two trucks for maintenance needs”, but the request was rejected by CRU Gjakova.
Krasniqi, who was Arrested Because of allegations of misuse of official position and tender manipulation, it was warned by the Agency for Information and Privateness to allow the parties access to documents.
