The European Union has said it is in the interest of Kosovo that quickly forms its institutions in order to make progress in implementing EU reforms, as well as in the Development Plan.
European Union spokesman Guillaume Mercer said that, in principle, they do not comment on Kosovo's internal work “sic with each partner”.
