Enver Sekiraq's release reacts to the KLA's OVL: Evidence Suspected in The Hague

The Kosovo Liberation Army Veterans' Organisation, through a communique for the media, has expressed their concern over the case of Enver Sekirras, whose release was made through the decision of Judge Agim Kuci, broadcast Periscopi. From UCPK's OVL, it is said that Sekiraqa, from his release, has benefited [...]
From the UCPK's OVL, it is said, that Sekiraqa, from his release, has benefited from bearing witness to the Special Court in The Hague, in processes under way against former members of the Kosovo Liberation Army.
The KLA Veterans' Organization views this as a serious and deliberate act that can be interpreted as part of a well-coordinated scenario against our liberation war and the values it represents. To free a person with a criminal past, who earlier violated the arrest measures, is not only under professional responsibility but also a violation of national justice and security, said among other things in the organisation's response.
In turn, OVL requires that there be immediate investigation into the judge in question and all those who have contributed to this scandalous decision, and that it also urgently be clarified if Enver Sekiraqa has testified at The Hague.
Communications:
Kosovo Liberation Army veterans' organisation expresses deep concern and public indignation over the irresponsible actions of Judge Agim Kuci, who made unilateral decisions on the release of Enver Sekiraqes' house arrest measures, convicted of inciting the murder of police hero Triumf Riza, and with repeated stories of criminal acts.
Judge Kuci's decision not only conflicts with the principles of justice and public security, but has raised serious doubts that the departure of Sequirah outside Kosovo has been facilitated. According to numerous media reports, there is doubt that this individual has benefited from this unprecedented decision to testify at the Special Court in The Hague, in processes that are conducted against former Kosovo Liberation Army members, our fighters.
The KLA veterans' organisation sees this as a serious and deliberate act that can be interpreted as part of a well-coordinated scenario against our liberation fight and the values it represents. To free a person with a criminal past who has previously violated the arrest measures is not only a professional responsibility but also a violation of national justice and security.
The KLA's OVL requires immediate and thorough investigation into the judge in question and all those who have contributed to this scandalous decision. We also ask the responsible institutions to clarify urgently whether Enver Sekiraqa has testified at The Hague and what effect his actions have had on the processes taking place against our fellow fighters.
The Kosovo Liberation Army war has been fair, clean and based on the will of the people. We will not allow it to be stained by such low maneuvers that undermine faith in righteousness and violate the honor of those who struggle for freedom.
