So he has at least made known, Bekim Kupina, Kosovo president's Media adviser Vjosa Osmani.
No letter has been reached by the Parliament so far. The question must come before the response, he told Albanian Post, broadcast Periscope.
The constitutional hearing for the ninth legislature of the Kosovo Parliament was interrupted after nearly two hours of work. MPs failed to pass the first point of the agenda, that of adopting the interim Commission's report on verification of mandates and quorum.
The Democratic Party of Kosovo, the Democratic League of Kosovo and the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo argued their lack of this report with the fact that incumbent government members who have been elected MPs have not in time surrendered their resignations from executive posts.
Constitutive session chairman Avni Dehari interrupted the session and said they would announce Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani, how to move on.
