Behram ) Kurti: Be honest, not devious. Admit that you have votes.

The second attempt on the Kosovo Parliament's constitutionalisation has failed due to disagreements among political parties and the rejection of the Commission's report on Mandas Verification. The session, held on April 17th, was again interrupted because of a lack of consensus, pushing for another date, April 19th, on [...]
MP The PDK, Artan Behram, has accused incumbent Prime Minister Albin Kurti of lack of votes and of using scenarios that, according to him, aim to sabotage the Parliament's constitutionalisation process.
“We expected there will be a vote. And Mr. Kurt today, unlike the first session, it only took him 50 votes to pass this report, which he seems to be looking for. But Mr. Kurt doesn't have the votes. Lord Kuri has not voted for a report, nor has he voted for government. But he must be honest. Don't be dishonest. He doesn't have the votes. And today it was thus proven that the opposition has far more numbers than the VV has.
In all, the VV came up with a ruining session, I'm sure they'll come up with a scenario on Saturday, and maybe they won't come at all. There will be a time when they will not come at all. They'll try at any cost to postpone the constitution, but even when there's initiatives to create these institutions, they'll try to violate the Constitution and the law, as they're doing. By not resigning, being devious, not respecting the law they have passed...”, Behram said at Debat Plus.
