The third attempt at constitutionalisation, today the Parliament meets

The third session session continues today at 12: 00 p.m. Political parties that have been in opposition have signaled that they have changed their stance on the demand for formal resignations of elected deputies' LVV government. At the first constitutional session, the Commission's report on Mandave Verification has received only 52 votes “for”, insufficient to consider having passed. Meanwhile at the second session, called by Avni Dehari's leader, the report has not been put to the polls at all, which has sparked harsh reactions of the PDK, the LDK and the AAK.
The PDK has accused the VV that through Avni Dehar as leader it has usurped the constitutional session and that it would have to be prosecuted only by casting the Commission's report to the polls, rather than calling for party consultation by the chairman, broadcast Periscope.
Even the LDK has considered what has happened at the second session of the constitutional assembly to be unprecedented, and has warned that the party's stance will be the same. The party leading Abdixhiku insists that Kurti and the elected parliamentary ministers should resign formally under the law and, as a result, can return to their working offices.
Looking at this delay in overcoming the first step towards the constitution, there have been reactions and the British and German Embassy, where they seek to move forward without delay towards establishing new institutions. The European Union has requested that too.
It remains to be seen what today's epilogue will be, as the discour between LVV and other parties has again been recorded as a result of what happened at the first session of the institution. Kurti and other LVV officials have led accusations that the LDK, the AAK PDK are co-operating with the Serbian List to fight from within” against the country's institutions.
The Constitutional House session should be called every 48 hours if it fails to select Kosovo's Assembly organs. According to the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, only when the Parliament's organs -- the chairman and vice-presidents -- are considered complete.
