Arrested by a man in Podujevo, police at home find nearly two pounds [2 kg] of drugs and bulletproof fuel

According to police, the Police Station in Podujevo, following the admission of information and realisation of investigative actions, in co-ordination with the grave crimes prosecutor, a raid has been conducted Monday at the suspect's Podujevo home.

Police recognise that during house and property control, important evidence has been found and seized regarding alleged criminal activity.

In the raid are seized:

One kilogram of 759.32 grams of marijuana.

A cigarette with suspected narcotics.

Two weights.

Four resume packages (OCB).

A shirt, honey.

A cut tool.

A package containing small plastic bags.

A black vest.

A cell phone.

After the implementation of the raid and the security of evidence, the anti-drug unit ( DHTN is on the scene to support the investigation. Also contacted has the Prosecutor-in-Chief for Serious Crimes, who has nominated criminal acts and issued a plea for detaining the suspect for a period of 48 hours”, the report said.

Kosovo police continue their commitment to combat criminal activities and ensure order and security for citizens of the Republic of Kosovo.
