According to the indictment, Djokovic is charged with being a member of Serbian police and military forces, in 1998-1999 he committed war crimes in the village of Ozdrim and in villages around the Pec region, reports the “Justice Trust”.
Special Prosecutor Castro Memaj asked the witness what uniform the accused had, while he said it was the reserve police uniform.
