Annie why the two members of the Vetevendosje Movement in the CEC, Sami Kurteshi and Alban Krasniqi, have approved the contents of the ballot for the February 9th elections, their party and the ruling party, is aiming to overturn the decisions of an independent institution, such as the CEC, writes. Democracy.com.
With the complaint filed at the PZAP, which Democracy.com has exclusively secured, Vetevendosje is demanding that half the illegal ballot be counted.
Up to Vetevendosje's complaint has come after that since the Counting and Results Centre, the counting teams have counted as invalid those ballot papers that have come by mail, but since voters have not been printed completely, leaving out political subjects certified by the CEC.
According to Vetevendosje's complaint, even these ballots that do not contain all certified subjects should be counted valid.

Half the ballots could create confusion, as the goal of voters is in question.
What a ballot should contain is defined in Article 87 of the General Election Law.
According to this article, the paper should contain:
5.3. The international number set before each individual electoral political subject;
5.4. the name and acronym of each political subject in the order of the lot for the ballot;
But according to evidence also provided by Vetevendosje itself, these ballots do not contain the names of any political subject that has been certified by the CEC to participate in the elections.
The Central Election Commission has e-mailed all registered A4-formatted voters to make their printing easier.
Those ballot forms, A4, suitable for printing on every possible printer, have also been published on the CEC's official page.
PZAP has not yet made a decision on Vetevendosje's complaint.
