With a feeling of particular grief I convey my condolences to the Northern Macedonian brothers and sisters about Kocan's great tragedy. I am speechless, and I pray that the injured will be healed and that the victims ' families find the strength to cope with their inexorable loss. I also convey to Prime Minister Mickovski and the country's neighbouring authorities the condolences on behalf of Albania and Albanians, expressing readiness for whatever help ours may be required”, Rama writes on X.
