Thousands of citizens have gathered on the streets of Belgrade on Friday evening to welcome students arriving on foot from around the country, on the eve of the big protest that will take place Saturday.
Students, who have been blocking the faculties throughout Serbia for more than three months, have warned the largest “project ever” on 15 March.
They are seeking responsibility from the state for the death of 15 people on November 1st from the collapse of a shelter at a railway station in Novi-Sad, writes AP.
And near the presidency of Serbia, a camp has been set up by a group opposing faculty blockades. This group has been deployed since March 6th. They call themselves “studens who want to learn”, but as media in present Serbia reported there are elderly and even former members of the notorious Serbian Army unit “Red Beret”.
This camp is considered to be “to save” for Vucicin prior to the March 15th protest warned by students./Periscopi/
