Some dozen of the prime minister's supporters have gathered around the SPAK to oppose the move imposed on him, writes A2 CNN.
Berisha is under investigation for the Partizan file on charges of corruption and abuse of office, where he stayed for 333 days in isolation at his home.
The former prime minister has named the charges brought against him as political, accusing Prime Minister Edi Rama of having turned his hands on the judicial system through the Justice Reformation.
Berisha has often indicated that all charges brought against him have been made in order to hit the opposition on the eve of the May 11th elections.
