As the head of the Financial Times Office in Moscow writes, Max Seddon, Usakov has said that such a thing would be “nothing but a temporary breath for Ukrainian troops”.
The US ceasefire proposal has been accepted by Ukraine, following a meeting that took place in Saudi Arabia between American and Ukrainian delegations.
Russia has recorded the 30-day box in Ukraine produced by the US.
