Also, he said the European Parliament would open an office in Tirana, as a very good geopolitical development “in the open window for membership”.
The European Parliament is opening its office in Albania. How is it, Soros, in the European Parliament, who acts as a designer? The EU is opening several offices and Albania becomes the host country of the EP office in Tirana. Another office will open in Moldova, bordering Russia. We have also started preparing for the big summit in Albania on May 16th. And all EU leaders have decided to come on 15 May for a working dinner here with me and other leaders of the Western Balkans. So 15 May, we will welcome all EU leaders and 16 May the world's 46 leaders -- from Ankara, Oslo, Yerevan, Baku, Kiev, Tbilisi, except for Russia, and undoubtedly all others who are part of the EU. This is present-day Albania”, Prime Minister Edi Rama added.
