A month's detention for suspect tearing up the Koran in Prizren

Regarding suspect I. P has been arrested as the Constitutional Court in Pristina has scheduled the 30-day detention measure, broadcast news.net.

The court has also estimated that considering the weight of criminal acts, the way and circumstances in which criminal acts were committed, especially given that the defendant's actions have brought increased tensions and the tendency to incite religious hatred among certain groups of society made it credible that the same in order to avoid criminal responsibility could eliminate, conceal or forge evidence of criminal work.
