Regarding suspect I. P has been arrested as the Constitutional Court in Pristina has scheduled the 30-day detention measure, broadcast news.net.
In response to the news.net, Mirlinda Gashi for official information and media communication at the Pristina Foundation Court says the defendant is suspected of the work of committing criminal work “The incentive of division and no patience”.
The trial of the preliminary procedure has approved the Special Prosecutor's request of the Republic of Kosovo and defendant I. P. has been assigned detention measures in length of 1 (a) month. The court has estimated that there are legal reasons for establishing the detention measure because there is a suspicion that the defendant has committed the criminal act, allegedly and that the conditions and reasons required by law have also been met for the detention appointment. The court has also estimated that considering the weight of criminal acts, the way and circumstances in which criminal acts were committed, especially given that the defendant's actions have brought increased tensions and the tendency to incite religious hatred among certain groups of society made it credible that the same in order to avoid criminal responsibility could eliminate, conceal or forge evidence of criminal work. Against this act, disgruntled parties have a right to complaint at the Court of Appeals, through the Constitutional Court in Pristina”, is written in the answer to the Constitutional Court.
