Kurti Math: With 48 deputies says they're going to do the government how?

With the Constitution of the Parliament and the oath of deputies, on the same day Albin Kurti intends to form the government at the helm with him. At least that is what he said during a meeting at the Fiter Bajrami Festival with Mufti Naim Ternava, Periscope reports. “After the results were published, it is a session where we take the oath. Goals One [...]
“After the results were published, it is a session where we take the oath. We intend a session to elect the mayor, leadership, and the government, as we did last time on the same day”, Kurti said.
Am I missing out on Kurti math?
To get to the construction of the new government, 61 MPs are needed for parliamentary majority.
Kurt, however, has only 48 ssh. Nor can co-operation with non-Serb minorities reveal the required number. From this party they have suggested where the other MPs will be taken.
However, yesterday in the media it was reported that the three deputies of NISMA “will vote” on Albin Kurti's government, but without joining the coalition.
Meanwhile, major Albanian parties have dismissed the possibility of co-operation with Kurti.
Even the likelihood of a coalition for a opposition government is small, because of the conditions they have put on each other.
So Ramush Haradinaj said in an interview last week.
He said the LDK is blocking the creation of an opposition government.
“The LDK position is currently blocking, does not enable the formation of the opposition government”, Haradinaj said.
