Former EU negotiator for Kosovo status: Not surprised by the Trump who bypasses Europe

Wolfgang Ischinger, former head of the Munich Security Conference and former EU negotiator for Kosovo's status in the so-called troika, in an interview with Deutschlandfunk talks about the changes the EU must make to power as a factor in world security policy.
