The Central Election Commission says it has accepted the Supreme Court, which had delayed this certificate.
So the CEC announced to the political parties that tomorrow it certificates the results.
“The Central Election Commission (KQZ), dated 26.03.2025, has acknowledged the rulings of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kosovo, which deal with the complaint process against the decisions of the Election Panel for Ances and Parase concerning the declaration of the final outcome of the election process on the part of the CEC. Likewise, we have accepted confirmations from these two institutions that there is no other complaint involving the election process awaiting decision-making”.
Therefore, in the application of Article 26 paragraph 1 of the Law on Government of the Republic of Kosovo (Law No. 08/L-17), we announce that the Certificate of the election result for the Republic of Kosovo Assembly, held on 09.02.2025, will take place on the 2703.2025 date at 16:00”, the announcement said.
