The two Kosovars accused of spying, at today's session, have denied any charges weighing on them.
Muharrem Qerim has pleaded guilty only to illegal possession, which the prosecution has admitted and passed on to the Pristina Foundation Court.
Bedri Shaban is accused of helping Serbia's Intelligence and Security Agency, known as BIA, in the form of collecting and sending information, documents and materials that connect with the KLA including its superiors, as well as events and facilities as military hospital. The KLA in the village of Molopolc of Shtime and the Recak massacre in the manner that the defendant of data and information in question had broadcast to BIA senior official Srdjan Rosiq, responsible for the Pancevo region, as well as Colonel Bogolup Janoviq, former commander of Serbia's police in the region of Ferizaj, during wartime in Kosovo and leader of military operation in the Recak massacre./Periscopi/
