Recently, Hykmete Bajrami has reacted to the Democratic League of Kosovo, which is opposing the ZRE decision.

For everybody's knowledge, I am flatly against the ZRRE's decision to expel from the regulated electricity market for businesses of over 50 employees and those with over 10m euros in annual circulation, because this decision will have fatal consequences for the country's” economy, Bajrami wrote.

For everybody's knowledge, I am flatly against the ZERE decision to exempt from the regulated electricity market for businesses of over 50 employees and those with over 10m euros in annual circulation, because this decision will have fatal consequences for the country's economy.

But it should stop immediately the persecution that is being done to all businesses in Kosovo in terms of implementing this ZERE decision by KESCO.

Imagine that. K The ESCO, with the ZERE decision, has asked all active businesses in Kosovo to submit a testimony from ATK for annual circulation and number of employees. So, even though the decision of Z. The RRE affects less than 1,000 businesses (because there are about 700 employees and about 300 who have circulation of over 10m euros, and most of these have more than 10m euros in circulation have over 50 employees), Z. RRE and KESCO charge around 99,000 businesses with administrative procedures.

Do you know how long and resources were required for such a procedure by 99,000 businesses from ATK and KESCO?

All this work can be done without disturbing any business, with an official request from KESCO run ATK for the business list that has over 10m euros in circulation and the list of those who have over 50 employees. The list would be published along with an announcement and there is no need to torment tens of thousands of businesses, there is no unnecessary burden on ATK staff and no unnecessary burden on KESCO. This is called EFIKASET.
