Austria's Foreign Minister, Beate Meinl-Reissinger, has called for Kosovo and Serbia to engage constructively in the Kosovo dialogue, Serbia, and move forward with normalisation of relations.
In a post on the X platform, she has indicated that she has held talks with two senior officials -- Donika Grovalla, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Kosovo -- and Marko Djuric, Serbian Foreign Minister.
During her conversation with Grovalen, she has stressed Austria's support for Kosovo and its prospects for the European Union.
The Austrian minister has stressed that it is important that Kosovo and Serbia engage constructively in dialogue and move forward towards normalising relations, as this is the key to their path towards the EU.
In her conversation with Djuric, she has voiced support for Serbia's path towards the EU and has stressed that Austria will continue to support Serbia in reforms needed for EU membership.
It has also stressed the importance of maintaining rule of law and promoting a real dialogue to overcome social divisions./Periscopi/
