XKKO appeal brings down Ayala Xoxa's complaint about safekeeping

The Special Court of Appeals for Corruption and Organised Crime has the JKKO ruling in force over Ayala Xoxa's complaint to Mayor Erion Veliaj's wife on the securation of certain items that have been blocked by the SPAK. The decision was issued by Judge Engert Pelumbi. Recursive of this decision can be made in court. [...]
Against this decision could be made a recur at the Supreme Court within 45 days of his announcement tomorrow, the JKKO Appeal decision reported Euronews.
The Xoxa complaint was linked to the security of several items that were blocked by SPAK on December 6th of 2024 during the raids at the Harabelle Gallery and the “Parters Law Office Law Office Laws Law Law Law”, where a phone was also seized.
The password decision was first taken in December, and the complainer in this process was Ayala Xoxa and society “Parters Law”.
