Rama had planned a lunch with SP officials and mayors, as well as later to hold a meeting with SP structures in Shkodra, but has cancelled them heading towards the capital.
The government chief has cancelled inspection of the Shiroko-Zogaj road axis, lunch and meeting with facilities in the country's northern district.
