After several days in Durres' custody, Tirana Mayor Erion Veliaj has been visited for the first time by his brother, Arber Veliaj.
This meeting comes after the SPAK's decision to allow close family members to meet with Veliaj, respecting the institution's rules and procedures.
This is the first meeting since the day Veliaj was put in chains. He was arrested by SPAK on charges of corruption and money laundering, under investigation into cases of abuse with tenders and management of public funds. /euronews
