Social work centres in the north: Court says they gave no decision to close them, but only for raids

“The General Department with the date 19,02.2025 has issued the command at four (4) different locations which have served as the Centre for Social Work under parallel structures. Allegations have been that in these locations the defendants committed criminal work: Forging documents from Article 390, paragraph 1 related to Article 77 of KPRK. The Pre-Procedure Procedure Judge has estimated that the conditions for raiding in this location have been met, but that these centres have not been closed with the verdict of Judge”, said the Court's response.
At the Constitutional Prosecutor in Mitrovica, the investigation is continuing, but it does not share other information about their performance.
The “Control in these centres has been implemented by court order. Investigations into this criminal case have begun against four people, due to suspicion of committing criminal acts “Counterfeiting” documents, carried out consistently. Regarding the seized evidence, at this stage we cannot be declared, since several additional procedures will be carried out in relation to the same”, the prosecution said.
