Otherwise, the 122nd witness has taken precautions and the questions about him have been started by prosecutor James Pace.
According to the chairman of the court, Charles Smith III, the testimony of this witness is expected to last about two days.
He added that the prosecution has indicated it takes an hour and a half for questioning. While, defence teams have been steadfast that all together have demanded four and a half hours for questioning.
Smith also stressed that once this witness's testimony is completed, a conference will be held on the performance of the issue regarding some aspects that have emerged, including the extraction of materials for the parties.
ZPS, through prosecutor James Pace, has said the witness W04491, who is currently 122, was arrested and beaten by KLA members who allegedly accused him of being a spy.
Pace said the witness was arrested along with another person and kept detained in two different countries
“Witness W04491 and another person were arrested by KLA members in July 1998 and held in two places and accused them of being spies”, Pace said.
He added that in addition, the witness will give evidence even regarding the ban and mistreatment of another person.
“Witness W04491 will give evidence regarding the ban and mistreatment of a third person in second place where the witness W04491<x1 was detained, the prosecutor said.
As a result, the session went to private public hearings to preserve the witness's identity.
