“Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPK) and Chief State Prosecutor's Office (ZKPSH) strongly condemn today's physical attack on the General Department prosecutor at the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pec, Mr. Ramiz Buzhala, the attack, which connects to his official work. ”
KKP and Z The KPH say that such <x0 actions towards prosecutors are unattended and stand firm next to prosecutor Buzhala, relying on his daily work and encouraging him to fulfill his legal mission”.
Suspect has been detained in 48 hours.
“Also, KPK and Z The KPSH, in this case, underscores that such acts cannot influence prosecutor Buzhala from following the heads of criminal acts and will continue his work, which the Constitution and the laws of the Republic of Kosovo impose. These two institutions of the prosecutorial system, ensure the public opinion that the attack on prosecutor Ramiz Buzhala is being addressed with priority from competent bodies and that the decision has been made to prevent him for 48 hours and further legal steps are under way. ”
