The photograph of Albin Kurt, published today by Vetevendosje, was fired on November 24th 1998, the day Serbian inspector Zoran Zbilic was negotiating with the KLA.
He was arrested by the KLA. Demach, with his secretary, Albin Kurti, and O The S.B.A. went to release Tbilisi.
The KLA accepted as the sign of goodwill, provided that some Albanian prisoners were released.
“Negotiations with the KLA were difficult”, Demaci later declared.
