LDK Headship member Muhamet Hamiti has reacted to Prime Minister Albin Kurti's meeting with the new EU emissar for Kosovo dialogue Serbia, Peter Sörensen.
Commenting on the prime minister's request that the 2023 Brussels Agreement be implemented, Hamiti has praised that this is the worst agreement Kosovo has ever agreed to.
“Albin Kurti, acting prime minister of the Republic of Kosovo, has asked for a meeting with the new EU emissary for Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Mr. Peter Sörensen, for the 2023 agreement to be implemented in full and signed. This is the worst agreement any Kosovo leader has agreed to in the long-standing dialogue process with Serbia. Likewise, Albin Kurti once admitted, once said he refused, the EU's Draft-Stuttation for Association”, has written, citing the preamble of this agreement.
“In preambles of the 2023 Basic Agreement (of Brussels), which has negotiated Albin Kurti with Aleksandar Vucinqi, and is also begging to sign it, includes the formulation of neutrality to Kosovo's status (Prejudiced prejudice; English. Without hints to the different line of the parties on fundamental questions, including on status questions. Albin Kurti has made this concession, and I will sign it. In Article 7 of this Kurti Agreement has accepted arrangements and guarantees to ensure adequate level of self-awareness of Serbs in Kosovo”, Hamiti wrote.

Albin Kurti, acting prime minister of the Republic of Kosovo, has asked for a meeting with the new EU emissary for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Mr. Peter Sörensen, for the 2023 agreement to be implemented in full and signed.
This is the worst agreement any Kosovo leader has agreed to in the long-standing dialogue process with Serbia. Likewise, Albin Kurti has once accepted it, once said he does not accept it -- the EU's Draft-Sttutute for Association.
In the preamble of the 2023 Bazike Agreement (of Brussels), which has negotiated Albin Kurti with Aleksandar Vucinqih, and is also begging to sign it, contains the formulation of neutrality on Kosovo's status (CEpa prejudgment). without reason to the different views of the parties on fundamental questions, including on status questions. Albin Kurti has made this concession, and I will sign it.
In Article 7 of this Kurti Agreement, Kurti has accepted arrangements and guarantees to ensure adequate levels of self-awareness of Serbs in Kosovo.
This formulation (c) alone. Self-management, by which Kurti is trying to disguise the association that he once opposed, represents more than association, as evidenced by the text of the EU statute for Association, which represents de facto political-territorial autonomy for Serbs, contrary to the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo. The UN Resolution 1244 finds its mark on this Draft.
Meanwhile, at this government statement about meeting with Sérensen, Albin Kurti was quoted as talking about Kosovo's successes. Sėe has mentioned nothing of EU sanctions, in force now 20 months, for which Kosovo has lost hundreds of millions of euros because of this government. His big fail s'e admits Albin Kurti.
