“Defendant Ymer Dragusha, with the notes as in the subject papers, agrees to plead guilty to four criminal acts of misuse of official position or authority sanctioned by Article 414 par. 2 connected to money. 1st Code No. 06\L-074 Penal of the Republic of Kosovo“, said in the State Prosecutor's Document.
Dragusha was charged with having co-ordination with Nagip Krasniqi, who was chief KEK chief, overstepped the competencies of official duties.

This is the plea agreement by Ymer Dragusha, co-accused with Nagip Krasniqi for committing criminal acts at the Kosovo Energy Corporation.
Dragusha was charged with having co-ordination with Nagip Krasniqi, who was chief KEK chief, overstepped the competencies of official duties.
The pass of competence is designed to benefit the other person, in this case economic operator “Litwin S. A.” in the case of procurement activity regarding “Capital Cavalry of the bloc A5”.
As the file is known, all non-legal actions Dragusha had taken were ordered by Nagip Krasniqi himself.
Dejona Mihaili and Minister Artane Rizvanolli are also involved.
In addition, three more cases are involved.
